Shelly Fritz, M.S.-

In 2003, Shelly received her M.S. in
Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia
Pennsylvania. For the past 8 years she has worked in the field of ABA,
with training from various professionals including Dr. Carbone, Dr.
Patrick McGreevy, Dr. Jose Martinez-Diaz, Dr. Mark Sundberg, among
others. Shelly’s experience includes Discrete Trial Training, Verbal
Behavior, Toilet Training, Feeding Programs, School Inclusion, and
Social Skills Training. In July 2008 she completed the Professional
Development Program in Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of
Technology and her status as a BCBA is pending. Shelly believes in the
potential of every child to succeed by combining scientific research
methodologies with compassion and love. “Only when a child knows you
care, will they grant you the honor to teach them.” |
Anne Binder- Katz, M.Ed, BCBA-

Anne Binder-Katz is a Board
Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working for over a decade in
homes, schools and the community helping children and their families
meet educational and behavioral challenges.
She received her Masters degree in
Education from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and
completed 18 additional hours of post-master's academic work in Behavior
Analysis. Mary Barbera the author of The Verbal Behavior Approach
mentored Anne for over two years.
She holds active memberships in the
Association for Behavior Analysis and she mentors candidates for Board
Certification in the field. She has experience working with individuals
facing the challenges of autism spectrum disorders, developmental
disabilities, ADD/ADHD, special learning needs, and behavior
disorders. She specializes in combining elements of research-based
treatments of Autistic Spectrum Disorders, by effectively merging
components of ABA, incidental teaching, positive behavior support, and
verbal behavior training. Her approach to treatment is both based on
proven techniques and kids enjoy the “work”! She has frequently
conducted workshops and staff training for parents, therapists, school
districts and provider agencies.
Her passion is the education and support of adults who
provide care to children facing behavioral and developmental challenges.

Behavior Consultants-
All consultants are Board Certified Behavior Analysts or
Board Certified Associate Analysts. The BCBA adheres to ethical and effective
behavior analytic interventions and conduct based on published research and
designs. In order to ensure that all services provided are successful they are
overseen by a qualified BCBA.
ABA Therapists-
Therapists have at least bachelor degree in Psychology,
Education, and/or related Human Services. Therapists Will implement programs as
directed and supervised by the team consultant.
